WORKING WITH MEDRO
Clear expectations. Defined responsibilities. A coordinated path forward.
A RETAINED ADVISORY RELATIONSHIP
Medro Advisors works on a retained basis. Our engagement process establishes your objectives, the scope of our work and the responsibilities involved. A written engagement agreement sets out the retainer, applicable fees and payment timing. These terms are discussed privately before you commit.
As part of your engagement, you will be assigned an advisor within The Medro Funded Platform℠ to coordinate your needs, guide the process and keep you informed.

Your agreement documents the scope of services, the retainer and any applicable advisory or success fees, along with payment timing and responsibilities. We discuss these terms with you before proceeding.
The retainer is addressed at the stage specified in your engagement agreement. Your advisor explains what is needed to move forward and helps coordinate the information required for the agreed work.
Your assigned advisor helps coordinate your needs, guide the process and keep you informed as the engagement progresses. Services and next steps remain subject to the agreed scope and any required third-party review or approval.
Ask your advisor about the scope, retainer, applicable fees, timing and responsibilities before signing. An engagement does not guarantee financing approval, a closing or any particular outcome.
Please keep financial documents and sensitive personal information out of the general inquiry form. Your advisor will discuss an appropriate document-sharing process.
