Use a Forecast Change Log Before Revising the Capital Request

Preserve the prior version, then record each changed assumption, its dated evidence, the person approving it and the capital decision it affects. Separate corrections to past figures from new forecasts. If a request increases, show the specific use that changed rather than replacing the entire schedule without explanation. Give reviewers one current version and a concise bridge from the previous one. This is an internal planning tool, not a substitute for agreed reporting obligations.
