Name the Entity Responsible for Each Capital Use

By Don McClain

November 2, 2026

By Don McClain | Founder & Principal, Medro Advisors. Extend Medro’s October 25 entity-mapping review with an obligation register. For each proposed use of capital, name the entity receiving the benefit, the entity expected to pay, the supporting agreement and the reviewer who will resolve a mismatch. Flag transfers between related entities for appropriate accounting and legal review instead of assuming shared ownership makes funds interchangeable. Keep unresolved entries visible before discussing a structure. Begin with your ownership structure and objective at https://medroadvisors.com/advisory/
