A business or property owner’s financing timetable may move faster than the interest-rate outlook. Medro Advisors encourages owners to prepare for financing costs remaining elevated into 2027 and compare options before an obligation becomes urgent.

Identify the decision: operating liquidity, loan maturity, acquisition or ownership transition. Connect the amount needed with available cash, repayment burden and the deadline for an alternative.

Private capital may address a structural or timing need. An extension, equity contribution or sale may also deserve consideration. Compare each path against the owner’s objective and cash requirements rather than assume lower rates will arrive in time.
